Whichever western blotting method you prefer, the UVP ChemStudio series has the highest sensitivity for gel analysis and blotting available. Fluorescent western blotting is the preferred method for quantitative comparisons between protein samples and for detecting more proteins. The ChemStudio and ChemStudio PLUS systems were built with flexibility in mind, providing standard RGB and IR detection as an alternative.

  • Includes ethidium bromide emission filter in an easily accessible filter wheel with up to five positions
  • Chemical washer for placing samples on the black, non-reflective surface
